| 1. | Please fill out all information about teams and fields before game starts. |

Immediately after the game, please fill out all game scores. |
| 3. |
Please bring game sheets to the clubhouse Saturdays between 10 am to 12 pm for payment. |
| 4. |
You must have a complete uniform, properly worn at all games or payment will be withheld. |
