NFSC – NIAGARA FC OPDL is now accepting coaching applications for the 2026 season for both Girls and Boys programs (U13 to U17).

Here at NFSC we are committed to building a high-performance environment that supports all players in reaching their full potential.  We welcome all coaches who bring strong experience, professionalism, and a passion for player development, while contributing to a team-first culture rooted in respect and accountability.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid Canada Soccer National B Licence or Youth Licence
  (The Canada Soccer Youth Licence will continue to be recognized in place of the National B Licence, provided it is valid)

• Proven experience coaching at a high-performance level

• A strong track record of player development and the ability to foster a positive team culture

• Non-parent coaches are mandatory
