Program Details

Total Program: 30 high-level training sessions with Technical Director Vince Stranges

Fee: $225.00

Structure: Each session follows the 4-Corner Development Model – Technical, Physical, Social, Psychological

• 1 hour technical training
• 30 minutes of small-sided games
   

Winter Training

10 sessions at Westlane High School (3 gyms).

Saturdays

• U11/U12: 8:30 – 9:45 am
• U9/U10: 9:45 – 11:00 am
• Focus on Futsal training, designed to improve skill development and quality touches during the winter months.
   

Summer Training

15 sessions at NFSC Turf Field

Sundays, April–August

Time: 8:30 – 10:00 am

- Included in the $225 program fee.

 

What to Bring

Players must wear black shorts and black socks.

- Program T-shirts will be provided after registration.

 

Important Notes

- Limited to the first 60 registrants – register early to secure your spot!

- Coaches from all clubs are welcome to assist; this program also provides preparation for future OPDL coaching opportunities.

- Players remain with their home club team.

 

Pathway Opportunities

Player identification and development toward Niagara FC OPDL, Provincial, and National Teams.
